This is my business that has been funding and consulting music artists, authors/speakers, and small business owners for 15 years. We are a new kind of digital agency. We can not only develop and execute web designs, mobile apps, livestreams, and run your social media, but we also start from scratch to determine who your customers are and coach you all the way through connecting with your audience on a deep level. We develop your creative genius.
This is was my record label that funded 40 albums, had 13 staff members, and had dozens of partners, including Sony Music in Nashville (Provident). We survived from 2008-2015 and then the age of streaming finally hit our earnings, making it difficult to operate on the scale that we had been. So we got lean and mean and now we are focused on artist management through Rain On Me Productions.
We wondered what hip hop would be like if you could get rid of the drug use, violence, and mistreatment of women. So, I started a positive hip hop blog. It runs under a non-profit so we can fund art projects, writers, video producers, bloggers, concerts, etc. Enjoy.
Although Visual Studio is a product line under Microsoft (not a company I founded, ha!), I did provide critical product leadership during the birth of this iconic brand. The Visual programming products were being integrated into one extensible “shell.” I helped lead the team that integrated the product line into the unified Visual Studio user interface. This required a high degree of cooperation amongst the product teams and a vision of what was possible.
